When we apply for any government job in the notification we can check the salary structure+ others allowence

Today we are discussing about other allowence let’s take an example if you are selected in sub inspector in gujrat police how much money you can get in a month after completing fixation period..

So basically there are three aspects

1.commission

2.grade pay

3.basic pay

Base of these three things your salary will decide (NPS & OTHERS THINGS ARE NOT DIDCTED)

7th pay commission is currently apply for all government sector.

So we are take example

1.grade 9300-34800

2.old basic -10810(according to 6th pay commission )(use in H.R.A. calculation)

3.new basic -39900(according to 7th pay commission)

4.grade pay – 4400

All are details you can get from notification or in your salary slip

Let’s check how calculation are made

1.how calculat DA(DEARNESS ALLOWANCE) :- in current situation DA = .34*NEW BASIC= 13566

2.HRA (house rent allowance)=(GRADE PAY + OLD BASIC)*.20=3042

3.TA = USUALLY ₹100 PER PRESENT DAY (DIFFERENT IN DIFFERENT SECTOR)= 3000

4.CLA + SP.ALLOWANCS + others are different

Finallly every month u can get salary of _₹59000+.
